Review and act on listing suggestions with Publisher Listing Feedback Automation
Marketing Pro Reputation now lets you review and act on publisher-suggested changes to your business listings, like address, hours, or category updates, directly from ServiceTitan, instead of logging into a separate Yext account.
What's new
Before, publisher-proposed corrections to your listing data accumulated inside Yext with no way to review them from ServiceTitan. They could be applied automatically, overwriting accurate information, or you'd have to log into Yext separately to manage them. Now, a new Improvements column on your Locations screen shows how many suggestions are waiting for review at each location. Selecting the count opens a panel where you can see the current value side by side with the suggested change, and approve or reject it in one click.

- A multi-branch plumbing company checks the Improvements column each week as part of its listing hygiene routine.
