What's changing?

Before, you had to maintain Coburn Supply Company items in Pricebook by hand, check pricing and stock on the Coburn portal or by phone, and then send POs by email or other manual methods outside ServiceTitan. Now, you map your ServiceTitan account to your Coburn Supply account, pull items from the Coburn catalog into Pricebook with nightly cost updates, see real-time pricing and branch availability while building POs, and send those POs electronically to Coburn directly from ServiceTitan.

Resources

Before and After

Before (Current)

  1. Log in to the Coburn Supply portal to look up item pricing and availability.

  2. Export or copy item lists from Coburn and manually key cost changes into Pricebook.

  3. Build a PO in ServiceTitan using static costs and without live branch availability.

  4. Send the PO to Coburn by email, phone, or fax and wait for a confirmation.

Impact: Pricing in Pricebook can fall out of date, creating margin issues and rework, and your team spends many hours keeping costs and POs in sync.

After

  1. Map and add items from the Coburn catalog into Pricebook, then turn on Auto Update for nightly cost refreshes.

  2. Create POs in ServiceTitan, see real-time pricing and branch availability, and send the PO electronically to Coburn.

Impact: You spend fewer hours maintaining Pricebook, have more accurate material costs on jobs, and reduce PO errors by sending electronic POs with live Coburn pricing and stock.

How it works for your industry

Residential Service and Replacement

  • An HVAC shop maps its business units to Coburn branches, so POs for condensers and furnaces show live branch stock and cost before you place the order.

  • A plumbing contractor adds Coburn catalog items into Pricebook with Auto Update turned on, so water heater and valve costs stay in sync without manual entry.

  • A small electrical team builds POs in ServiceTitan with Coburn real-time pricing, so you can quote panels and breakers with better margin control.

Commercial Service and Replacement

  • A mechanical contractor services rooftop units for retail sites and uses the Coburn integration to check multi-branch availability before dispatching a crew.

  • A commercial plumbing team uses nightly cost updates from Coburn to keep high-volume repair parts priced correctly across all technicians.

  • A service manager reviews live Coburn pricing while building bulk POs for upcoming planned maintenance visits so materials are ready at the right branch.

How to Prepare?

  1. Have an administrator reach out to Support to have the Coburn Supply procurement integration configurations enabled.

  2. Confirm you have active Coburn Supply account numbers for each branch you plan to connect.

  3. Identify which business units should map to which supplier accounts and who in your office owns purchasing.

  4. Train Administrators, CSRs, Dispatchers, and purchasing staff on how to search the supplier catalog, add items to Pricebook, manage content and cost updates and create and send electronic POs from ServiceTitan.

  5. Align your process for Pricebook maintenance, including who reviews new items and who checks content and costs updates after the integration is turned on.
