This is an improvement to the Dispatch Board that surfaces hold job context and shift extension windows directly on the board so dispatchers have the information they need to make assignment decisions without extra clicks.
What's changing?
Hold jobs are now visible and informative on the board. Hold jobs display with a yellow color indicator on the Weekly, Daily Horizontal, and Daily Vertical boards. The hold reason appears in the job popover on hover and in the job details side panel. When "Other" is selected as the hold reason, the free-text reason entered by the dispatcher also displays. A show or hide toggle lets each dispatcher control whether hold jobs appear on their board.
Dispatch Pro shift extension windows now appear on the board. When an admin enables "Extend Jobs Beyond Shift" in Dispatch Pro Settings and sets a maximum extension duration, the board marks the post-shift extension window for applicable technicians. Before, this window was not visible on the board, which caused confusion when assigning work past official shift end.

How to Prepare
Brief dispatchers on the new yellow indicator for hold jobs and the show or hide toggle. Let them know the hold reason is now visible in the job popover and the job details side panel without opening the full job record.
If your business uses Dispatch Pro with technician shifts, have an administrator go to Settings > Dispatch Pro and confirm whether "Extend Jobs Beyond Shift" is enabled and whether a maximum extension duration is set. The shift extension window appears on the board automatically after this is configured.
