This is an improvement to Dispatch Pro that lets you set different modes for each planning day so you can protect today's schedule and still keep future days filled.

What's changing?
Previously, Dispatch Pro applied a single mode to all planning days and did not offer a Light mode, so Assist and Auto treated today and future days the same. Now, Dispatch Pro Settings includes a Mode per Day section, where you can choose Assist or Auto and select Full or Light mode for each planning day. This lets you keep today in a lighter "do not reshuffle" mode while allowing Dispatch Pro to fully optimize future days.
Resources
Before and After
Before (Current)
Go to Settings > Dispatch Pro > Settings.
Pick Assist or Auto mode for the full Dispatch Pro planning window.
Turn Dispatch Pro on for the board.
Dispatch Pro assigns and reassigns jobs the same way for today and all future planning days.
Impact: Dispatchers could not fine tune Dispatch Pro by day, so they often turned it off for the current day or spent extra time cleaning up reassignments.
Try the current workflow in your account.
After
Go to Settings > Dispatch Pro > Settings.
In the new Dispatch Pro Modes section, select Assist, Auto, Full, or Light Mode for each planning day.
Turn Dispatch Pro on for the board.
Impact: You match Dispatch Pro behavior to each day, protect today's booked jobs when needed, and still keep future days filled with automatic assignments.

How it works for your industry
Residential Service and Replacement
Keep today in Light mode so Dispatch Pro fills open spots without moving booked visits for homeowners who already confirmed times.
Set future days to Full Auto so Dispatch Pro packs in tune-ups and demand calls as new work comes in.
Use Assist mode on heavy seasonal days so dispatchers see strong suggestions but still make the final call on tight windows.
Commercial Service and Replacement
Use Light mode for today so visits for property managers stay locked while Dispatch Pro fills last minute emergency calls.
Turn on Full Auto for future days to build tight routes for multi-stop commercial jobs across the week.
Mix Assist and Auto by day so planners can protect key visits while letting Dispatch Pro handle repeat contract work.

Identify which days should stay in Light mode versus Full mode based on how much you want jobs to move on those days.
Train dispatchers on how Assist, Auto, Full, and Light modes work together and when to change the mode for a given day.
Align on a simple playbook so Administrators, Managers, and Dispatchers follow the same rules when changing Dispatch Pro modes by day.
