In a future release, the ServiceTitan Knowledge Base will have a redesigned layout, improved search, and a new way to stay informed when articles change.

What's changing?

The Knowledge Base is being redesigned for usability and introducing new functionality to make it easier to find, use, and keep up with changes. The site has a redesigned layout organized around what you are trying to accomplish, not just feature names. Search now supports exact phrases when you use quotation marks. You can also follow any article and receive an email notification when it is published with changes. All existing content has been migrated, and your saved links redirect to the new article locations.

How to prepare?

  1. No account configuration is required. The redesigned Knowledge Base goes live automatically with an upcoming release.

  2. Bookmark the Knowledge Base at help.servicetitan.com. The URL has not changed, and all existing saved links redirect to the new article locations.

  3. Identify articles your team references frequently and follow them in the Knowledge Base to receive email notifications when they are published with changes.

  4. Review the new navigation structure. Content is now organized by business goals and workflows, so encourage your team to browse by what they need to accomplish.
