This improvement automatically surfaces received measurement reports in Estimate Document Management, so office staff can access PDF reports without leaving the estimate.
What's changing?
Previously, office staff had to navigate away from an estimate and open the related job or project to find a measurement report. Now, received measurement reports with available Portable Document Format (PDF) files automatically appear in the Measurement section of Estimate Document Management, without any manual action. Multiple reports appear as separate entries, and the section updates automatically when a PDF becomes available. Deactivation behavior follows the same rules already in place at the project level.

An estimator opens an estimate for a storm damage inspection. The EagleView report the office ordered earlier is already visible in the Measurement section of Estimate Document Management. The estimator opens the Portable Document Format (PDF) and confirms roof dimensions before building the proposal, without navigating away from the estimate.
An office staff member is reviewing a large re-roofing estimate that has two separate GAF QuickMeasure reports, one for the main structure and one for a detached garage. Both reports appear as separate entries in the Measurement section, so the staff member can reference each PDF individually while finalizing line items.
A measurement report was ordered but the PDF was not yet ready when the estimate was first created. When the estimator opens the estimate the following morning, the Measurement section has automatically populated with the completed report. No action was needed to add it.
How to prepare
Have an administrator reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to confirm the roofing measurement integrations configuration is enabled for your account.
Confirm that your measurement provider integrations (EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, or Hover) are connected and authenticated in Settings. Providers that are not connected will not generate entries in Estimate Document Management.
