This guide will walk you through how to make Technician Shift details show up on the Dispatch Board in ServiceTitan.

After scheduling a Technician Shift, the shift details aren’t showing up on the Dispatch Board.


Technician Shifts only appear as a color-coded bar on the Dispatch Board. If you want a shift to appear in detail, after you create the shift, create a non-job event that includes the shift details.
