This article will help Phones Pro users resolve an error message stating their app is having trouble registering with Dialpad.
Dialpad Native App displays a message stating the app seems to be having trouble registering with Dialpad and the app is not functional.
Delete the device from the list
Ask the affected user to log out of and close the Dialpad app.
Navigate to www.dialpad.com. They should be taken to Your Profile settings.
Scroll down and click on Your Devices.
Click the three vertical dot icons in the same row as the device with a unique name. Usually, this is the name of the computer.
Click Delete device from this list.
Ask the user to log in to the Dialpad app.
