You want to give all office employees in a particular role the ability to use Clock In/Out in ServiceTitan, but you’re unsure if this permission is based or a configuration requirement.

  1. Contact Technical Support and ask them to enable the Enable Office Employee Timesheets and DisplayPayrollReviewSignOffForEmployees configurations for your account.

  2. In ServiceTitan, go to Settings > People > Role Permissions.

  3. Click Edit next to the employee role type you want to enable Clock In/Out for. The Edit Role screen opens.

  4. In the Timesheets section, select the View and edit all office employee timesheets and View employee time tracking and edit page permissions. If you’d like, you can also select the Employee can edit their own timesheet entries permission.

  5. When you’re finished, click Save Changes.
