Problem
You want to give all office employees in a particular role the ability to use Clock In/Out in ServiceTitan, but you’re unsure if this permission is based or a configuration requirement.
Solution
Contact Technical Support and ask them to enable the Enable Office Employee Timesheets and DisplayPayrollReviewSignOffForEmployees configurations for your account.
In ServiceTitan, go to Settings > People > Role Permissions.
Click Edit next to the employee role type you want to enable Clock In/Out for. The Edit Role screen opens.
In the Timesheets section, select the View and edit all office employee timesheets and View employee time tracking and edit page permissions. If you’d like, you can also select the Employee can edit their own timesheet entries permission.
When you’re finished, click Save Changes.
For more, see Clock in and out from the office.
Important note: Some features may not be currently included in your account and additional configuration may be required. Please contact technical support for details.
