Overview
You can request items from other tenants in the same group using a built-in transfer workflow. Each step updates in real time and helps prevent delays, avoid stockouts, and keep inventory moving where it's needed. This allows you to manage stock across multiple locations and tenants.

Things to know
To use this feature, you need admin access to Enterprise Hub.
Items must be mapped across tenants using the centralized pricebook.
Only tenants included in a group can view and request each other's inventory items.
Approved and executed inventory transfers automatically create inventory adjustments to keep stock levels accurate.
Create groups in Inventory Enterprise Hub
In Enterprise Hub Module, click the Purchasing and Inventory section.
On the Inventory Groups screen that opens, click Create Group.
The Create Group screen opens.In the Group Name field, enter a group name.
Select the tenants you want to include in this group.
Tip: Use the Search field to find a specific tenant. Click Select All to include all tenants in the group. Click the All tab to view all available tenants, or click the Selected tab to see only the ones you've chosen.
When finished, click Create.
Tenants in this group can see and request inventory items from each other as long as the items are linked in the centralized pricebook.
Intracompany transfers screen overview
To start, in the navigation bar click Inventory
, then click Intracompany Transfers.
The Intracompany Transfers screen shows all transfer requests between tenants, organized by status. A number next to each status shows you how many requests are in that category.
There are two tabs on this screen:
Incoming Requests: Shows requests you've received from other organizations.
My Requests: Shows requests you've sent to other organizations.

In both tabs, you can:
Use the filtering options above the table to narrow down the list. For more, see Filter the incoming requests on the table.
Use the Search field to find a specific request.
Click a column header to sort the table.
Click Comment
to open the Comments screen, add details, and click Add Reply.
In the My Requests tab, under the Needs Review status, you can see:
Rejected Requests: Requests denied by the other organization.
Errors: Requests that couldn't be processed due to an issue.

Click a request to view why it was rejected or what the error was.
Filter the incoming requests on the table
The Incoming Requests tab includes a number of pre-made filters. These let you search by Required By, Transfer To, Transfer From, Date Created or Created By. Click on a filter type, enter your filter, and click Apply.

When you're done with a filter, click the filter button again and deselect the filter you applied. Then, click Apply or click Clear.
For more detailed targeting, you can create your own filter.
Click Filter
.On the Filters pop-up window that opens, use the dropdowns and fields to set your table filters.

To remove the filter, click Filter
. On the Filters pop-up window that opens, click Reset all.
Create a new intracompany transfer request
In the navigation bar, click Inventory
, then click Intracompany Transfers.On the Intracompany Transfers screen that opens, click Request Intracompany Transfer.

On the Request Intracompany Transfer screen that opens, enter Request Details:
Required by: Set the date when you need the item.
Transfer To: Select the warehouse where the item should be delivered.
Reference Number: Enter a reference number related to the request.
Memo: Add a note or message for the tenant.
In the Item List table, use the item code, description, or vendor part number to find the items you want to request.
After you add the item, enter or review the item details:
Item: To add an item, you can search by item code or description. You can also select the item you want from the dropdown list.
Inventory: When you select an item, this field is automatically populated. It indicates if the item is trackable.
Description: When you select an item, this field is automatically populated from pricebook.
Note: This field is editable.
ST Part No.: When you select an item, this field is automatically populated from the pricebook item code.
Qty to Request: Enter the quantity you want to request.
Request From: Select the tenant you want to request the item from.
Inventory Location: Select the warehouse or location you want to request the item from.

When finished, click Send Request.
