Things to know about scheduling overlapping events and jobsLast updated on 04/19/2023

ServiceTitan does allow you to schedule events at the same time as jobs.

Schedule conflict warning message

When an event conflicts with a job (or vice versa) you'll see a notification of the schedule conflict. The notification text will slightly differ, depending on the conflict.

If you want to continue with the schedule conflict:

Click OK when you see the notification. Remember, if the event is paid, the technician will accrue paid hours for both the event and the job, even if the hours overlap.

The event and the job will both appear on the Dispatch Board. In addition, the technician will see both the job and the event on the home screen in ServiceTitan Mobile.

If you want to get rid of the schedule conflict:

Click Cancel when you see the notification. You’ll need to reschedule the event or job, or assign a different technician.
