Attach or review form findingsLast updated on 03/22/2022

While on the job, attach specific form findings, which are answers to questions on a form, to the relevant estimate so that you, the office staff, and your customers know why you have recommended what you have on the estimate. After you have completed all estimates for the job, you can review form findings with the customer so that they can decide which estimate to authorize.


Things to know

  • When you tap Findings while in presentation mode, you see any forms that were filled out for the job, rather than specific findings.

  • As you complete forms, tap the star icon to flag the question(s) you would like to review with the customer later.

  • Attach photos or notes to a question in a form by tapping the camera or pencil icon.


Attach form findings to an individual estimate

  1. If you are not already in the job, in the dashboard, tap View Job.

  2. In the side menu, tap Estimates.

  3. Tap + Add Findings.

  4. Check any form findings you would like to attach to the estimate.

  5. When you’re done selecting form questions you want to attach to the estimate, tap Add selected questions.


Review form findings while presenting estimates

  1. If you are not already in the job, in the dashboard, tap View Job.

  2. In the side menu, tap Estimates.

  3. Tap Present.

  4. Tap Findings.
