Problem
Users may not see specific Google Ads campaigns on their Marketing Ads dashboard even though those campaigns are active in the Google Ads Marketing Integrations Settings. Follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.
Solution
See Google Ads campaigns
Google Ads campaigns will only appear on the Marketing Pro > Marketing > Ads dashboard if they're active on the ServiceTitan Campaign Settings page. Follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.
In ServiceTitan, go to Settings > Integrations > Marketing Integrations.
Under the Digital Ads section, click Configure for Google Ads.

Click View for the Google campaigns section.

Click the Down arrow icon to expand the list of Google Ads campaigns.

From the list of Ads campaigns, highlight and copy the entire name of the affected campaign that isn't appearing on the Ads dashboard.
Go to Settings > Operations > Campaigns.
On the Campaigns page, click the Funnel icon in the Active column header.
In the Active column Filter pop-up, uncheck Active, check Inactive, and click Filter to see only inactive campaigns.

Click the Funnel icon in the Name column header.
In the Name column Filter pop-up, paste the copied campaign name from Step 5 into the field below Contains, and click Filter.

If the Ad campaign appears and there's no checkmark under the Active column for it, check the box to the left of the Ad campaign and then click Activate to reactivate it. This should allow the Ad campaign to appear on the Marketing > Ads dashboard.

If the Ad campaign appears and there's already a checkmark under the Active column for it, please reach out to ServiceTitan Support for further assistance.
