Problem

Users may get vague Action Cancelled error pop-ups when viewing the Marketing Overview and Ads pages. This can occur if the connection between Google and ServiceTitan is disrupted. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the errors.

Solution

Unlink and relink any connected Google Ads and Google Analytics user accounts in your ServiceTitan Marketing Integration Settings to reset the connection between ServiceTitan and Google and resolve the Action Cancelled errors on the Marketing page.

  1. Unlink and relink Google Ads

  2. Unlink and relink Google Analytics
