Why does the technician not see the Clock in and out option in ServiceTitan Mobile?

Problem

The Allow clock in and out permission is not enabled. Please ask an administrator to grant this permission to the technician.

Solution

Edit the technician permissions

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click SettingsA simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. In the side panel, click People > Technicians.

  3. Find the technician and click Edit.

  4. Select the Permissions tab.

  5. Search for the Allow clock in and out permission and enable it.

  6. When finished, click Save Changes.

Note: A page refresh may be required for the changes to take effect and become visible.
