Problem
When selling an estimate, an error message: "Cannot sell the estimate with a Non Managed Technician." appears. This happens if a deactivated technician has a 100% split.
Solution
Follow the steps below to sell an estimate with a deactivated technician.
Sell an estimate with a deactivated technician assigned to a job
Go to the specific invoice with the error.
Click Adjust splits.
Click Add another.

Assign a managed technician from the dropdown.
Set the split (sold hour) to 100% for the active managed technician and set 0% for the deactivated technician.
When finished, click Save.
