What is causing incoming SMS messages to not come through to one of the tracking numbers?

Problem

Incoming SMS messages are not coming through to one of the numbers listed in Settings > Phones.

Solution

Check if the number allows incoming SMS messages. If not, enable this option.

Check your phone settings

1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

2. Select Phones > Phone Numbers.

3. In the Phone Number column, look for your specific number and click Edit .

4. In the Allow Incoming SMS? section, select Yes.
