Where can I find the location ID in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Users need to find the location ID in ServiceTitan. It is at the end of the URL on the location record.

Solution

Find a location ID

1. Open ServiceTitan.

2. Go to the location record you are interested in.

3. Look at the URL in your web browser. It is at the top of the page.

4. Find the digits after the last slash (/). These digits are the location ID.        

   Note: This method works for finding IDs for customers, invoices, and estimates too.

5. Each customer, location, invoice, and estimate has a unique ID. When you visit their profile, the unique numbers appear in the URL.
