Problem
Service Agreements and other features like document templates need to be enabled on your account.
Solution
To start using Service agreements, you need to have Template Manager and service agreements enabled on your account.
Confirm your account has the Template Manager feature:
Go to Settings
> Operations > Document Template.Go to Settings
> Operations > Service Agreement Templates.
If not, reach out to your success manager or contact Technical Support and ask to enable Document Templates Manager and Service Agreements on your account.
