What are the available options for finding estimates?

Problem

You can't find an estimate despite searching through customer estimates, opportunities, and unsold estimates in different tabs, including the Follow Up tab, Opportunity and Estimate Follow Up report.

Solution

Keep track of estimates and always double-check your work. This helps you avoid losing important documents like estimates.

Search for an estimate

1. Go to the Customer screen and click Opportunities & Estimates.

2. Go to the Location screen and click Opportunities & Estimates.

3. Go to the navigation bar and click Search .    

   1. Search for an estimate by using the ID, Status, Job Number, Amount, or other filters.

4. Go to the navigation bar and click Follow Up.        

   1. Depending on the status click Unsold estimates or Sold estimates.

5. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.        

   1. Search for estimate-related reports, for example, Opportunity and Estimate Follow Up.
