Use Wells Fargo Financing in ServiceTitan Mobile

Built right into ServiceTitan, the Wells Fargo Financing integration allows you to offer Wells Fargo financing plans, submit an application, and receive a fast decision directly in the ServiceTitan Mobile app.

Select Wells Fargo Financing options for a job

When the office has set up financing rules in ServiceTitan, you can start offering these options to your customers for specific jobs using the mobile app.

  1. In Dashboard > Overview, tap View Current Job.

  2. In the side menu, tap Estimates.

  3. Tap Present and then tap View Estimate under your preferred option. The sales amount is automatically populated with the total estimate amount. You can change the amount if needed.        

    Note: On the presentation screen, technicians see that as estimates increase in price, the financing plan used is changing as they unlock higher financing tiers.

       

  4. Tap Apply for Financing.

  5. Tap Apply Now under Wells Fargo

  6. Tap Calculate Plans. Wells Fargo Financing opens to the custom financing plans set by your administrator in ServiceTitan. 

  7. Tap the plan you want and then tap Select Plan. Each plan notes the term and spend threshold set in ServiceTitan. 

  8. Review and enter the customer information and tap Continue.        

    Note: You will be redirected to a Wells Fargo browser page to complete the full application and receive a decision.

           

    Tip: If you leave the web page, you can re-enter through ServiceTitan Mobile.

  9. Once the application is complete, you will receive a decision automatically:        

    1. Approved

    2. Declined

  10. If approved, a future payment can be authorized. The user must consent to all disclaimers and select if they want to receive the documents through email or direct mail. Tap Authorize Payments to complete the authorization process. 

  11. Once authorized, return to the ServiceTitan Mobile application.         

    Note: Updating an authorization amount or charging a payment must be done in the Wells Fargo Portal.
