Overview
Built right into ServiceTitan, the Synchrony Financing integration allows you to offer Synchrony financing plans, submit an application, and receive a fast decision directly in the ServiceTitan Mobile app. With Synchrony, you can email or text Synchrony applications, authorize payments, create sales slips and send them to your customers for e-signatures, all from the ServiceTitan Mobile app.

Select Synchrony Financing options for a job
When the office has set up financing rules in ServiceTitan, you can start offering these options to your customers for specific jobs using the mobile app.
In Dashboard > Overview, tap View Current Job.
In the side menu, tap Estimates.
Tap Present and then tap View Estimate under your preferred option. The sales amount is automatically populated with the total estimate amount. You can change the amount if needed.
Note: On the presentation screen, as estimates increase in price, the financing plan used changes as you unlock higher financing tiers.
Tap Apply for Financing.

Tap Calculate Plans. Synchrony Financing opens to the custom financing plans set by your administrator in ServiceTitan.

Tap the plan you want and then tap Select Plan. Each plan notes the term and spend threshold set in ServiceTitan.

Review and enter the customer information and tap Send Application.

After the application is complete, you receive a decision automatically:
Approved
Pending
Declined
If approved, a future payment can be authorized and a sales slip created and sent to the customer. Tap Create Sales Slip to start the sales slip process.

Fill out the sales slip form and tap Submit For Authorization. This pre-authorizes a payment on the customer account.

Confirm the customer email before sending and entering their DOB. The customer must confirm their DOB when e-signing. Tap Send Sales Slip to send the sales slip for e-sign consent. A confirmation screen opens.

Tap View Sales Slip Status to see updates on the sales slip signature process.
Note: Updating an authorization amount or sales slip information must be done in the Synchrony Portal.
