Things to know

  • Non-job event options are hidden on the Time screen in the following scenarios:

    • After you or the office tap Dispatch or Arrive. This is because the Dispatch and Arrive actions mean you're working on a job, therefore you aren't available for non-job events.

    • After you or the office tap Start Meal Break. Similar to the Dispatch and Arrive actions, meal breaks mean you aren't available for non-job events.

  • Non-job events scheduled after today by the office won't appear in the Events list.

  • If a non-job event is scheduled by your office, the event disappears from the Events list after the day ends.
