Use FinTurf as your second-look financing provider in ServiceTitan

Prev Next

Overview

FinTurf is a Financing provider that you can choose as your second-look provider. When a customer is declined by your first-look provider, ServiceTitan can automatically submit the application to FinTurf. This gives you another chance to offer financing and close the Job.

FinTurf works as a second-look provider only. You can’t set it up as your only financing provider, so you’ll need a first-look provider too. You can pick one second-look provider at a time, and all declined first-look applications go to that provider.

Who uses this feature?

Admins who manage financing settings. Office staff and technicians then see the results when they run financing applications.

What do I need before I start?

  • A FinTurf merchant ID for your business.

  • A first-look financing provider is already set up.

Use cases

  • Recover declined applications. A customer is declined by your first-look provider. FinTurf reviews the application so you can still offer financing.

  • Keep the process hands-off. Technicians and customers don’t pick a provider. ServiceTitan submits to your second-look provider for you.
