Problem
When attempting to import an inventory transfer, you receive an error message stating Unit of Measure with this name does not exist. This occurs even though the information was copied from the Inventory on Hand report and the transfer template was downloaded from the transfer screen.
Solution
Open the Excel file containing the inventory transfer information.
Locate the column containing the units of measure.
Delete the information in the units of measure column.
Save the Excel file.
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and select Inventory > Transfer.
On the Transfers screen, select Create New > Import a Template.
Select the updated Excel file and click Open to import the inventory transfer.
