Problem
When you import an inventory adjustment, it says "imported successfully," but then it doesn't appear under the list of adjustments. The inventory location for the trucks does not change.
Solution
Check if the item quantities in your live account already match the quantities specified in the Excel file. If they match, the system won't make any changes.
Download the inventory template again from ServiceTitan.
Open the downloaded template.
Cut and paste all the items from your current adjustment into this new template.
Make sure to change the quantities in the Set Quantity On Hand column in the Excel file. Change them to the correct quantities you need.
Save the Excel file after making the changes.
Go to the inventory adjustment import section in ServiceTitan.
Import the updated Excel file.
Check if the import was successful. Look at the adjustments list and the inventory report for the trucks.
If the import still doesn't show up, ensure the quantities in the Excel file are different from the current quantities in ServiceTitan. The system only updates items if the quantities differ.
After making sure the quantities are correctly updated in the Excel file, try importing it again.
