Unable to Email Customer Invoice

Problem

You are unable to email the customer an invoice and instead receive an application error message that says Value must be positive. (Parameter 'count').

Solution

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to Settings > Invoicing > Email.

  2. Click the Invoice tab.

  3. In the Body field, check if there are two online payment links.

  4. If there are two links, remove one of them.

  5. Email the invoice again to the customer.
