Note:
If you schedule non-job events and jobs to overlap, this could result in the technician getting paid twice.
If the overlapping non-job event is paid, the technician will be paid double hours. The technician will be paid for the non-job event hours and job hours, even if the hours overlap.
Review the schedule conflict warning message
When you try to schedule a non-job event that conflicts with a job, a conflict notification appears. The notification text may slightly differ, depending on the type of conflict.

Note: Conflict notifications don't appear when non-job events or jobs overlap with technician shifts, regardless of the type of shift. Be mindful of Time Off shifts when scheduling events for technicians.
If you want to continue with the schedule conflict:
Click OK when you see the notification. Remember, if the non-job event is paid, the technician will accrue paid hours for both the event and the job, even if the hours overlap.
The non-job event and the job will both appear on the Dispatch Board. The technician will see both the job and the paid non-job event in ServiceTitan Mobile.
If you want to get rid of the schedule conflict:
Click Cancel when you see the notification. You'll need to reschedule the event or job, or assign a different technician.
