Problem
Technicians are not showing up in the payroll dashboard after being switched to both pay types for a specific period. The technicians are assigned to a manager and are included in payroll.
Solution
Double check the technicians are included in payroll by going to Settings > Technicians > Payroll and making sure the Include in Payroll option is toggled on.
If the technicians are included in payroll, go to the payroll dashboard.
Check if the technicians are showing up in the dashboard. If the technicians are not showing up, refresh the page.
If the technicians are still not showing up, try hard refreshing the page.
If the technicians are still not showing up, wait for a few minutes and check again.
If, after waiting a few minutes, the technicians are still not showing up, contact Technical Support for further assistance.
Note: If the technicians are showing up in the dashboard, the issue has been resolved. Usually the issue is resolved by waiting a few minutes to allow a payroll period to be created for the technician.
