Overview

Ensure your devices and web browsers are compatible with ServiceTitan and your version of the mobile app is up-to-date.

System requirement changes to the legacy ServiceTitan Mobile app

Effective September 9, 2024, the minimum system requirements for technicians using the legacy ServiceTitan Mobile app have been updated.

The last version supported under the old requirements is 2.9.1. This version will no longer be available for download on October 20, 2024.

To continue receiving updates to the ServiceTitan Mobile app, update to the latest version on a supported device. See Mobile minimum specifications for the new requirements.

System requirement changes to the new Field Mobile App

Starting Jun 26, 2025 the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App will require iOS 17.4 or newer. Devices that don't meet this operating system requirement won't be able to receive future updates, which may lead to limited functionality over time.

Note: If you use any of the following devices, we strongly recommend upgrading to a newer, supported model to maintain access to the latest features, performance improvements, and security updates. These devices are not eligible for the iOS 17.4 update and may experience limited functionality moving forward:

• iPhones older than iPhone XS, such as iPhone X, 8, and 8 Plus

• iPad Pro 9.7-inch, iPad Pro 12.9-inch, and iPad 5th generation

If you choose not to upgrade, your device won't support future versions of the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App after the new iOS requirements take effect. You can still install and use the last compatible app version from the App Store, but it won't receive updates or enhancements.

• Turn on automatic updates to ensure you're always running the latest version of ServiceTitan Mobile.
