Overview

Memberships commonly include recurring services, such as routine maintenance of equipment. You can attach equipment items to memberships to ensure the right equipment is serviced.

Customer service representatives (CSRs) and dispatchers can book jobs for membership visits, which are recurring events included with a membership. Technicians can view which equipment items to service in ServiceTitan Mobile.

Things to know

  • Recurring events are the individual membership visits included with a recurring service.

  • From Follow Ups, click the Recurring Service Events to view upcoming recurring events.

  • You can view equipment items attached to a membership in the equipment section of a customer’s service location record.

Schedule membership visits for equipment

  1. Look up the customer’s recurring events.

  2. Click the recurring service event you want to book. Any equipment attached to the job appears under the service location information.

  3. Enter the job details.

  4. When you're done, click Book Job.

View equipment attached to memberships in ServiceTitan Mobile

When a recurring event is booked into a job, technicians can view the equipment items attached to the recurring service.

  1. From the job screen, tap Invoice.

The recurring service displays a table of attached equipment details.

Equipment details including name, type, model, and serial number for inspection.
