Problem
Once a PO is canceled in ServiceTitan, it cannot be reopened or brought back to its previous state.
Solution
If you cancel a PO by mistake, follow these steps to create a duplicate. This new PO will serve as the replacement for the canceled one.
Go to the canceled PO in ServiceTitan.
Look for an option to duplicate or create a copy of the PO. This option might be represented by a button or link saying "Duplicate" or an icon that suggests copying.
Click on the "Duplicate" button or link. ServiceTitan will create a new PO that is a copy of the canceled one.
Review the details of the new PO. Make sure all the information is correct and matches the original PO you intended to keep.
If you removed a line item from the original PO by mistake, add the correct line item to the new PO. To do this, find the option to add a line item, which is usually a button or link saying "Add Item" or "Add Line Item."
Enter the details of the item you want to add. Make sure to include all necessary information such as the item name, quantity, and price.
Save the new PO. Look for a save button or link, which might say "Save," "Submit," or show an icon representing saving. Click on it to save your changes.
Review the new PO to ensure it matches your requirements and has all the correct items and details.
