Remove inactive bank accounts from the dropdown list when making a payment for a bill

Problem

You see inactive bank accounts in the dropdown list when making payments and you want to remove these accounts.

Solution

  1. Go to Settings > Accounting > General Ledger Accounts.

  2. Find the accounts you want to deactivate and click Actions > Deactivate.

  3. Open a bill and make sure the accounts are no longer showing.
