Problem
Spam messages appear repeatedly in the Bookings tab. These messages come through web forms and increase in frequency over time.
Solution
Add CAPTCHA to your web forms:
Contact your web developer or IT team.
Request CAPTCHA implementation on all customer contact forms. This prevents automated spam submissions.
Set up form validation rules:
Work with your web team to add filtering criteria.
Block submissions with specific keywords or suspicious email domains.
Filter out entries that don't meet your business criteria.
Implement email filtering:
Check if web form submissions go to email first.
Set up email filters to block known spam sources.
Redirect suspicious messages before they reach ServiceTitan.
Continue regular cleanup:
Review your bookings tab daily.
Classify spam messages consistently. This helps ServiceTitan improve its spam detection over time.
