Problem

Some of your jobs in ServiceTitan have a Purple P next to them and you are unsure what it means.

Solution

Purple P on Jobs Explained

1. Search for and open a job with a Purple P in its name.

2. Hover over the Purple P.

3. The Purple P indicates that the job is part of a project. 

4. Click the Purple P to open the associated project.
