Things to know
If you’re unsure which columns you want to include in your report, use the Reporting Dictionary to search for appropriate data fields.
You can use this template to create as many custom reports as you need. Each report created from the template is independent and can be run or scheduled without needing to recreate it from the original template.
Create a report
Follow the steps to create a custom report based on the Month-over-Month Analysis template.
For the best results, report on a single metric at a time. Under METRICS, make sure the metric you want to report on is the only item selected. You can report on:

Lead Calls: Number of calls lasting at least 60 seconds and are not classified as excused
Canceled Jobs: Number of jobs scheduled within the selected date range that are canceled
Future Scheduled Jobs: All jobs created within the selected date range that are not canceled
