Overview
Configure the email settings for each brand, including details like the sender information and footer. These settings define how emails sent from your marketing campaigns appear to recipients.

This article is for Marketing Pro v2. If you are using Marketing Pro, see Manage Marketing Pro settings for content specific to your experience.
You can check your version following these steps:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using Marketing Pro v2. If these options aren't visible, you're using Marketing Pro.

Things to know
You can configure the email settings for a brand from scratch or use the information from your default brand.
If there's an issue validating a brand's email settings, an error indicator appears next to the brand. You can hover over the indicator to see details about the error.
Configure email settings for brands
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Marketing Pro > Email Settings.
Click Email configuration.

On the Email Configuration screen that opens, click Complete Setup for the brand you want to configure email settings for.
In the Email Configuration pop-up that opens, select one of the following options:
Use Default Brand's Email Information: Start building your email configuration using the default brand's information.
Start from Scratch: Configure your brand's email by entering the information in the blank Sender and Footer fields.
Click Select.

In the Sender section, enter the sender information for your outgoing marketing emails. This includes:
Sender Name: The sender's name. For example, John Doe.
Sender Domain: The web subdomain of your brand. Outgoing marketing emails are sent from the subdomain you enter here plus domain.com. For example, if your subdomain is nexttenant, and your domain is service, then marketing emails will be sent from nexttenant.service.com.
Sender Email: The email address you want marketing content to originate from. After you enter the sender email, the domain is added automatically. For example, if your email is john.doe, your subdomain is nexttenant, and your domain is service, then marketing emails will be sent from john.doe@nexttenant.service.com.
Note: If you choose different sender details when building a new marketing campaign, the new information overrides the information entered in this section.
In the Reply-To section, enter the email address where you want to receive the replies to your marketing content.

In the Footer section, enter the details that appear in your marketing emails' footer. This includes:
Legal Copy: Enter any legal details about your brand that you want to include in your marketing content, such as disclaimer information or links to any relevant customer or license agreements.
LIC #: Enter your skilled trade license number.
Copyright Text: Enter copyright information for your company.

When finished, click Save.
On the Email Configured Successfully pop-up that opens, click Done.

Update email settings for brands
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Marketing Pro > Email Settings.
Click Email configuration.

On the Email Configuration screen that opens, click Configure for the brand you want to update the email settings for.

On the Email Configuration screen that opens, update the email settings.
When finished, click Save.
Resolve email settings errors for brands
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Marketing Pro > Email Settings.
Click Email configuration.

Hover over the error indicator for a brand to view details about issues with its email settings.

Click Configure for the brand to fix the issue.
Update the email settings to fix the issues. For example, if there's a Sender Domain error, make sure the Sender Domain is entered correctly.

When finished, click Save.
