Total

To the far right of the report, you will see totals for each technician.

Calculation - Total:[Number of total sales] / [Number of total Opps]

The report includes the following columns:

Technician

Technician name.

# Opps

Total number of completed jobs that were convertible. Convertible jobs are jobs where the technician is expected to make a sale. Convertible jobs do not include jobs that are marked as Recall, Warranty, or No Charge.

Calculation - # Opps: [Number of completed, convertible jobs] x [Technician splits]. Trigger: Job completed.

  • If a non-convertible job had a dollar amount greater than zero on the invoice subtotal, include the job as an opportunity.

Close Rate

The technician’s close rate. The close rate is calculated by taking the total number of jobs with an invoice subtotal greater than the job sold threshold out of the total number of completed jobs that had the opportunity to be converted

Calculation - Close Rate: [# Sales] / [# Opps]. Trigger: Job completed, Job converted (invoice subtotal above the job sold threshold).

Revenue

Total revenue for completed jobs, based on invoice subtotals.

Calculation - Revenue: [Sum of the invoice subtotals for completed jobs, based on job type] x [Technician splits]

Average Ticket
