Issue with the Edit button on Tax Zones not working

Problem

You see the pencil icon next to tax zones, but it doesn't open edit options. Refreshing the page doesn't help. Clicking the icon might show a loading wheel, but then nothing happens.

Solution

  1. Close ServiceTitan.

  2. Open your web browser and clear your browser's cache.

  3. Go to the Tax Zones settings.

  4. Try to edit a tax zone by clicking Edit.

  5. If the issue persists, contact Technical Support.
