I’m having an issue running a report to identify customers with a saved payment method and update their payment terms while sending new authorization forms.

Find customers with saved payments

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Click Create Report.
  3. Select Others > Saved Payment Methods.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Fill out the information in the Set Details screen and click Save.
