Problem
You are unable to delete voicemails from the main call center and cannot access the spam folder in the Dialpad iPhone app. You used to have access to the spam folder and could delete voicemails, but now you cannot.
Solution
Check if you have the appropriate permission to delete voicemails in Dialpad. If you do not have the permission, contact your administrator to enable it.
If you are still unable to delete voicemails, uninstall and reinstall the Dialpad app on your iPhone.
