Problem
The Greensky Financing payment type was exported to a wrong account, causing issues with accounting and bookkeeping.
Solution
On the navigation bar, go to Settings > Invoicing > Payment and Invoice Types.
Search for GreenSky Financing and click Edit.
On the Which account do you wish to export to field, select the appropriate account for the payment type to be exported to in QuickBooks.
When finished, click Save.
If you have already exported payments using the incorrect account, make changes in QuickBooks to ensure proper accounting. Changes cannot be made retroactively in ServiceTitan.
