Problem
Users need to send a one-time email campaign but only have it as a template.
Solution
Marketing Pro is needed to create one-time email campaigns. To get started with Marketing Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager.
When building a one-time email campaign, you can select an email template while adding content to the email sequence.
Create one-time email campaign using an email template
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing.
Click Create Campaign.
Select Email as the campaign category then click Next.
Select the campaign type you want to build, then click Next.
Give your campaign a name and then click Start Building.
In the Goal & Tracking section, select the marketing goal and tracking number for this email campaign.
In the Audience section, specify which of your customers will receive marketing content from this email campaign.
In the Email Sequence section, click Add Content > One-time.
Click Add Content.
Find the template you want to use for this campaign, hover over the template, and click Select Template.
Customize the email template if needed. For example, you can change the text, images, and links.
Complete the remaining fields on the Email Sequence screen and then click Save & Continue.
Review the Sender Name, Sender Email, and Reply To email for the campaign. If all looks good, click Schedule to launch your one-time campaign.
