Problem
Data for a specific business unit does not appear in your report. This could be due to applied filters that exclude the business unit from the results.
Solution
Workflow Summary
First, try clearing all your filters and rerunning the report. You can also try clearing your browser cache in case some of the filters you had set were saved.
Clear your report filters
In the report, select your desired date range in the From - To filter.
Go into each additional filter and make sure to deselect anything you have selected. This resets the filter to look for all results, instead of limiting the search to whatever you had selected. You can deselect them one at a time, or click the X in the filter to deselect all.

When you're done resetting your filters, click Run Report.
Clear cache in Chrome
On your computer, open Google Chrome.
At the top right, click More
and then Delete browsing data.A new window opens.
Select the Advanced tab.
From the Time range dropdown, select All time.
Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
