Highlight text in invoice email template

Problem

You want to highlight important messages in the email invoice template, but ServiceTitan does not have the option to bold or underline text.

Solution

As a workaround:

1. Go to an online text formatting tool such as Bold Text Generator.

2. Type in the text you want to highlight and in the format you want then generate the text in that format.        

   Note: This step varies depending on the online text formatting tool you use.

3. Copy the generated text.

4. Go to the invoice email template in ServiceTitan.

5. Paste the generated text in the body of the email where you want it to appear.

6. Save your email template.
