Send purchase orders with hidden material prices to the vendor

1. Open the PO you want to send to the vendor.

2. Find the material or item you need to edit.

3. Change the cost of the material to $0. This hides the price from the vendor.

4. Save the changes to the PO.

5. Send the PO to your vendor. The material prices will not show.

Note: The item's cost in the Pricebook remains unchanged. This means you still see the original prices in your system.
