Part 1: Access Centralized Pricebook updates
Go to Centralized Pricebook in your tenant account
View update settings in Pricebook Connect > Updates
Understand your automation settings:
Auto Update: Changes are automatically applied.
Manage Manually: Changes require your approval before applying.
Auto Dismiss: Changes are ignored, and local settings remain unchanged. Dismissed changes can be found under the Dismissed Updates section.

How it works:

Use the Pricebook Connect History feature to track recent changes.
Manage Manually
How it works:
You decide which changes from Centralized Pricebook to apply to your pricebook.
How to Apply Updates:
Go to Pricebook Connect > Updates.
Review the list of available updates.
Click Update next to the desired changes.
Confirm the updates to apply them to your tenant pricebook.
Best practices:
Schedule regular reviews of manual updates.
Use filters to prioritize updates for critical items.
Auto Dismiss
How it works:
Updates from Centralized Pricebook are ignored for fields set to Auto Dismiss.
Local tenant settings remain unchanged.
What to expect:
These fields won't be automatically updated.
Dismissed changes can be found under the Dismissed Updates section.
Best practices:
Use Auto Dismiss for fields where local customization is essential.
