Things to know
Ramp reviews every application and makes the approval decision. ServiceTitan collects your initial details and sends them to Ramp.
Your Ramp account is not active until you finish Ramp's part of the application. Ramp sends you a link by email after you submit in ServiceTitan.
Bill Pay works inside Accounts Payable. If Accounts Payable is not turned on for your account, see Set up and use Ramp Bill Pay.
A business can onboard to Ramp once through this application. Multiple entities are not supported.
If Expense Management or Bill Pay is already active for your account, you cannot apply again here. To add the other product, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Best practices
Decide which products you need before you start. Adding a second product later goes through your CSM instead of this application.
Confirm your company country is set to United States before you begin.
Have your legal business name, EIN, and online banking login ready. Ramp uses Plaid to connect your business bank account.
Watch for Ramp's email after you submit, including your spam folder, and finish that step promptly. Ramp does not review your application until you do.
Once approved, finish setting up each product. Expense Management needs general ledger account mapping, and Bill Pay needs Accounts Payable.
Use cases
An HVAC business owner wants technicians to buy parts at supply houses on company cards and applies for Expense Management.
An office manager who mails checks to vendors applies for Bill Pay to pay bills from ServiceTitan.
A bookkeeper applies for both products in one application to manage card spend and vendor bills together.

Do I need a Ramp account before I apply?
No. If you don't have a Ramp account, applying through ServiceTitan sets one up for you.
What happens after I submit my application in ServiceTitan?
The ServiceTitan onboarding team is notified, and Ramp emails you an invitation to finish the rest of your application on its site. See Step 2: Finish your application with Ramp.
Why does Ramp need my bank account?

How does Ramp decide whether to approve me?
Once you submit everything on Ramp's site, Ramp underwrites your application and returns a decision of approved or declined.
Do I need to turn anything on after I'm approved?
No. When Ramp approves your application, ServiceTitan turns on the products you applied for. You still complete each product's setup, such as mapping general ledger accounts for Expense Management.
