Overview
This report summarizes recording activity for each technician in a single row, including total recordings, average recording duration, quality rate, and issue rate across the selected date range. Use this report to compare technicians on recording volume and quality, identify coaching opportunities, and track recording adoption per technician or team over time.

Things to know
Each row represents one technician with their metrics aggregated across the date range. To see individual recordings, use the Field Pro Recordings Overview report instead.
Quality Recordings (>10 min) counts recordings longer than 10 minutes, indicating a full customer conversation.
FIlter and run the report
Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.
Click the Field Pro Recordings Per Technician report.
Tip: In the search field, enter a few letters from the report title for quick access.
Click the From - To field to select a date range to report on. You can:
Use the calendar to select a specific date range and then click Apply.
Use the left menu to select a preset date range:
Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time.
Yesterday: Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
This Week: From Monday through Sunday of the current week.
Week to Date: From Monday through the current date of the current week.
Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including today.
Last 14 Days: Previous 14 days, including today.
Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including today.
Month to Date: From the first of the current month to the current day.
Last Month: Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.
Last 90 Days: Previous 90 days, including today.
This Quarter: Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.
Last Quarter: Entire quarter before the current quarter. For example, if the date is April 25, from January 1 - March 31.
Quarter to Date: From the first day of the current quarter to the current day.
Year to Date: From January 1 of the current year to the current day.
Last 365 Days: Previous 365 days, including today.
Last Year: From January 1 of the previous year to December 31.
From the Technician dropdown, select the specific technicians you want to report on.
From the Processing Status dropdown, select the processing state(s) you want to filter by: Complete, In Progress, or Error. You can select multiple options.
From the Has Issues dropdown, select Yes to show only recordings flagged with issues, or No to exclude them.

When you are finished setting filters, click Run Report.
Report report results
The Field Pro Job Recordings report includes the following columns:
Team: Team the technician belongs to
Technician: Name of the technician
Total Recordings: Total number of recordings captured by the technician in the selected time range
Completed Recordings: Number of the technician's recordings that finished processing successfully
Quality Recordings (>10 min): Number of the technician's recordings longer than 10 minutes
Quality Recordings Rate: Percentage of the technician's recordings that meet the quality threshold
Avg Recording Duration (Minutes): Average length of the technician's recordings in minutes
Issue Rate: Percentage of the technician's recordings flagged with issues
First Recording Date: Date of the technician's first recording in the selected range

After you run the report, you can export your report results to use in spreadsheets and other documents
Customize and schedule your report
You can arrange and filter your results to narrow the focus of your report. For example, drag the Team column header to group rows by team and roll up metrics at the team level.
You can also schedule the report to be delivered by email on a regular basis.
