Overview
This report combines technician performance data, such as completed jobs, completed revenue, and closed opportunities, with aggregated Field Pro recording metrics for the same technicians. Use this report to see whether recording activity correlates with business outcomes like revenue and close rate, or to build a weekly review that pairs job and revenue data with recording coverage.

Things to know
This is a multi-template report. The From - To date range applies to both templates as a common filter. Under each template heading you can set template-specific filters that apply only to that template's data. For more on multi-template behavior, see Create and run multi-template reports.
To apply filters separately to each template instead of using the common date range, toggle Independent Filters.
FIlter and run the report
Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.
Click the Field Pro Technician Recording Activity report.
Tip: In the search field, enter a few letters from the report title for quick access.
The report opens. Click the From - To field to select a date range to report on. You can:
Use the calendar to select a specific date range and then click Apply.
Use the left menu to select a preset date range:
Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time.
Yesterday: Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
This Week: From Monday through Sunday of the current week.
Week to Date: From Monday through the current date of the current week.
Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including today.
Last 14 Days: Previous 14 days, including today.
Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including today.
Month to Date: From the first of the current month to the current day.
Last Month: Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.
Last 90 Days: Previous 90 days, including today.
This Quarter: Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.
Last Quarter: Entire quarter before the current quarter. For example, if the date is April 25, from January 1 - March 31.
Quarter to Date: From the first day of the current quarter to the current day.
Year to Date: From January 1 of the current year to the current day.
Last 365 Days: Previous 365 days, including today.
Last Year: From January 1 of the previous year to December 31.
Under Technician Performance Filters, use the following filters:
(Optional) Business Unit: Filter technicians by business unit (BU). You can select multiple BUs. By default, the report runs for all BUs.
(Optional) Job Type: Filter by the type of job the technician worked on.
(Optional) Include Inactive Technicians: Select the checkbox to include technicians who are no longer active.
Under Field Pro: Technician Recording Performance Filters, use the following filters:
Technician: Filter to specific technicians.
Processing Status: Filter by the processing state of the underlying recordings: Complete, In Progress, Error. You can select multiple options.
Recording Issues: Filter to technicians with recordings flagged with issues: Yes or No.

When you are finished setting filters, click Run Report.
Report report results
The Field Pro Job Recordings report includes the following columns:
Name: Technician's name
Email: Technician's email address
Technician Business Unit: Business unit the technician is assigned to
Completed Jobs: Number of jobs the technician completed in the selected range
Completed Revenue: Total revenue from jobs the technician completed
Closed Opportunities: Number of opportunities the technician closed
Team: Team the technician belongs to
Total Recordings: Total number of recordings captured by the technician
Quality Recordings (>10 min): Number of the technician's recordings longer than 10 minutes
Quality Recordings Rate: Percentage of the technician's recordings that meet the quality threshold

After you run the report, you can export your report results to use in spreadsheets and other documents
Customize and schedule your report
You can arrange and filter your results to narrow the focus of your report.
You can also schedule the report to be delivered by email on a regular basis.
